We always aim to put our customers first, striving to offer consistently amazing customer service. We are busy expanding the ways in which you can speak with us, at times and in ways to suit you, and making sure our Open Airists’ knowledge and expertise is available to all our customers, whether in store or online.
We recognise that retail continues to change and so we launched our price promise to provide you, our valued customers, with the confidence to shop with us, knowing that you will receive a great quality product, great service, and excellent value.
We proactively review our competitors’ prices and adjust our pricing so you can be confident when buying from us. We don’t expect you to find the same products available with our competitors at lower prices, but if you do, it’s easy to contact us and request a price match.
Providing the criteria for our price match promise have been met, and we have the item in stock then yes, we will match the price. If it’s not in stock with us, you can still enquire to see if it will be arriving soon or whether we can obtain it for you. Contact us using the form on the website with details of the item and the competitor where you’ve found it cheaper.
Price Promise Terms and Conditions
The retailer must trade in a comparable way i.e. be a UK mainland official dealer with a physical store(s) that is (are) open to the public, and not, for example: online-only, TV or mail order retailers; a warehouse with a showroom; auction sites; pop-up or temporary shops; factory outlets; or collection points.
We match prices on individual items, where the product on sale and service offered by a competitor are identical to the one sold by us. By this we mean:
The item must be new, and the same make, model, size, colour, and not be old stock/previous versions of the product.
The price must be publicly advertised or available to us when we check.
The item must be physically in stock at the competitor. We do not match items “Available to order”, including where the item is shipped direct from a supplier’s warehouse.
Any charges associated with delivery or click and collect services will be taken into account when assessing the price to match. This includes surcharges and additional fees.
We will match a comparable deal sold with a comparable service. We are not able to match prices of “closing down” sales or where a company has entered administration (in these cases, for example, the after sales services offered will not be comparable). If you are not sure, please contact our team, and we’ll review any information you provide against our terms & conditions.
We match price-based offers that are applied at the point of sale. We aren’t able to match service- or reward-based promotions, for example offers such as trade-ins, cashbacks, gifts with purchase, voucher codes, extended warranties or express delivery.
