The Deuter Aircontact Lite 45+10 SL is designed for ambitious hikes where low weight is an advantage, but high carrying comfort is the greatest requirement.

The functional and innovative Aircontact Lite back system combines sophisticated design with a perfect balance between carrying comfort, weight, and ventilation. The carrying harness provides effective dissipation of damp air providing comfortable conditions for trekking and alpine climbs.

Deuter's SL designation stands for "Slim Line" fit, although slim is only a small part of the reason that these packs fit women so well. The whole proportions of the SL back system differ from their usual Unisex offering. Shorter and narrower shoulder straps are designed for shallower shoulders with a less rounded back and neck area, their curves also contour away from the breast area. A more conically shaped belt (where fitted) follows a more typical female pelvic/hip shape.
