In line with government guidance our stores are closed. Virtual Fittings are available via our booking service.
Normally, our footwear shop is open by appointment only but will accept customers if there is space and book them in on arrival. The clothing shop accepts a limited number of customers, so you might need to queue outside. You are more than welcome to book an appointment if you are planning a visit.
Just click the button above where you will be taken to our dedicated booking site hosted by our partner. You can browse our list of services and select the one exactly right for your needs. You will be sent a confirmation and a reminder 1 hour before your booking time.
When you arrive your dedicated Open Air expert will meet you at the door, we have all be re-trained to Government guidelines and will be wearing a face covering. We will ask you to sanitise your hands on entry (if you have forgotten your face covering then we have disposable masks/visors available). Our team will then guide you to your dedicated area where you can shop in comfort without having to worry about other customers or social distancing. No taping of 2m bays, no one way systems, just a great shopping experience delivered safely and securely by our team.
In line with government guidance our stores are now CLOSED.
As ever, our Customer Service team are available to help you with any enquiries you may have or to book you an appointment with our dedicated footwear specialists for a virtual fitting. The team are contactable by telephone, email, or through our social media channels.
