Now in its third incarnation, the best-selling Crux's thick suede upper and to-the-toe lacing maintain its technical prowess on rocky scrambles and impromptu boulder problems. But now it's set for summer too, thanks to a full mesh tongue for increased ventilation.

Precision is the name of the Crux's game, both in fit and in placement on slivers of rock. Longevity isn't far behind though, with a full rubber rand protecting the toe and a replaceable sole ensuring you can make full use of the tough suede upper. An ideal shoe for walk-ins, scrambling and general fun on rock.
