How Does Click and Collect Work?
When placing an order simply select the Collect in Cambridge Store from the list of available delivery options. We will then pick the items that you have ordered and let you know once they are ready for collection. This will usually be within two hours of the order being placed, during our normal opening times. See HERE for our location and opening times.
Is There A Minimum Order Value?
The minimum order value that is delegable for this service is £10.00
Paying For Your Order
Orders placed for collection in-store must be paid using a UK Credit or Debit card. It is essential that the correct Billing Address is entered in the payment page so that we can verify the details as matching the registered card holder. Please leave the Delivery Address on the form as the same as the Billing Address.
Collecting Your Own Order In-Store
When you collect your order you will need to show your order confirmation email. This email is sent to you shortly after the order is placed. You can show us this as a printed copy or on your phone. If you are collecting the order yourself we will need to also see the card that was used to pay for the order.
Can I Get My Order Collected For Me?
If you wish to send someone to collect your order for you then they will need a copy of the order. This can be a printed copy or you can forward the order confirmation email to them for us to see. The person collecting the order will also need to show their own photo ID such as a valid Passport or Driving License. We will make a note of some of the details of the ID such as their full name and document number.
What Happens If I Don't Collect My Order?
If your order has not been collected within 7 days of you being notified that it is ready for collection then we will refund the order and send you a cancellation notice.
Can I Return Items From My Order For Exchange or Refund?
Items from your order can be returned, either in-store or by sending them to us, within 14 days of the order being placed. Items returned for a refund will be processed through our website payments systems. If sending items to us that have been collected in store please enclose a note of your order reference and details of the item(s) being returned.
