2. We believe in being honourable towards our customers, and whilst
we may on occasion not be able to fulfil all our customers wishes,
we will never miss-sell products or ignore honest complaints or
grievances.
3. All goods we sell are brand new, unused and genuine, original
branded products. To ensure that you can shop with us with confidence,
we do not stock products that we don't believe to be up to the claims
made of them.
4. Our Website Terms and Conditions exist as a detailed document
setting out what you can expect from us and what we expect of our
customers. Please do not be daunted by them, they exist to protect
ourselves and our customers from misunderstandings or fraud.

We are located in Green Street 11 Cambridge. You can buy from
us with confidence. We have been here since 1980 and intend to stay
for many more years

We despatch all goods ordered before 2 p.m. the same day.
We use Royal Mail 1st class for all small orders. For more
expensive items we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is
guaranteed to be delivered to you the following day. For big
items we use Parcel Force which comes with 48h guaranteed
delivery time. We understand that shopping on-line is not
always easy and are happy to refund any purchases that you made.

Established in 1990, Open Air has gained a widely acknowledged reputation as Cambridge's premier shop for outdoor pursuits, attracting customers from across the whole eastern region.

Our intention is to supply good quality outdoor and climbing equipment and clothing without trying to be in any way elitist or exclusive. We are proud to have achieved a reputation for stocking a wide range of products backed up by friendly and informative staff. Our staff are all chosen for their outdoor and travel experience and offer informed, unbiased assistance in selecting the right products for your needs.

The company now occupies three shops, all in the same street.
Number 11: The main shop with all the equipment from sleeping bags and rucksacks to climbing hardware and stoves. Also Men's Clothing.
Number 12: The Women's Clothing Shop. 900 sq. Ft dedicated to women's outdoor clothing.
Number 15: Footwear. Boots, shoes, sandals, socks and gaiters including Junior sizes. Over 120 models of footwear with expert staff on hand to help ensure a good fit, modifying the fit where necessary. Large feet up to size 17 catered for.

Cambridge is well worth a day trip and we are situated right in the historic city centre surrounded by the colleges of Cambridge University.
