Why order from Open Air?
We mean ‘In Stock’ when we say so
We will never mislead our customers with item availability. In fact we will not charge you unless the item is packed and ready to go!
If product shows as 'In Stock', then it is physically in our Green Street shop. This also means the item is available to buy in person (if the price in store is higher than shown here, please mention this when you visit and we will gladly match our own web price).
Very occasionally we may sell out of an item between our daily updates, but we will always get in touch with you as soon as we can to let you know what the issue is and advise on delivery time.
No hassle returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days. We don't charge re-stocking fees and will refund the purchase price in full, subject to our terms and conditions, which you can browse here. We will charge £5 to partly cover our P&P for items which were supplied “Post Free”.
Occasionally, things go wrong. If you receive an item from us that is defective or damaged, we will pay all postage costs and either replace it or refund you (your choice). We will also pursue all warranty claims on your behalf and always strive to obtain a replacement for you for a faulty item.

Ordering Information
Delivery Time and Method
We pack and send your order as quickly as we reasonably can. Orders placed before mid-day on weekdays will be sent the same day. Items under £100 pounds are sent 1st class Royal Mail and require signature on delivery, most of those orders reach our customers within 2-3 days. For items over £100, that aren’t bulky we will use Special Delivery which is guaranteed to reach you next working day. For bulky items of similar value we will use Parcel Force, a two working day service. We use Royal Mail because they are very flexible with arranging re-delivery and most parcels can be picked up from your local post office rather than an out of town sorting Centre!
Delivery Address
You can specify a separate delivery address from your payment card address during the checkout process. In some cases we may choose to contact you if we can’t verify it as genuine.
Where do we deliver?
Our standard delivery charges apply for UK mainland only (certain postcodes may attract an additional surcharge). However, we are happy to sent our goods to most countries.
Delivery Charges
Our currently delivery charges in UK mainland are £2.95 for orders under £20.00. Between £20.01 and £100 we add £3.95 P&P. Orders of £100 or over are P&P free. However, certain postcodes in Scottish Highlands and Isle of Scilly will be charged extra for bulky items (weighing more then 1.5kg or with particulary big dimensions). As a guideline P&P for most non-bulky orders to EU will be £11. We will quote all other destinations on individual basis.
Availability
We try our best to keep all delivery information up to date. Below is the explanation of terms used:
‘In Stock’ – Item is physically in stock in our warehouse
‘Out of Stock. More due’ – Although the item is currently out of stock we have more on order.
‘Available to Special Order’ – Item is available for special order. We will have to obtain it from the manufacturer first before despatching. We will not charge your card unless we are ready to despatch.

All of the payments are processed through secure and encrypted system. This system is run by Secure Hosting's "Universal Payment Gateway" - one of the biggest and most respected secure payments systems available. We won’t charge you unless we ready to despatch the good ordered.
