Open Air

We want you to be able to shop with us without hassle or doubt. To this end we have laid out the site simply and clearly with all products just requiring a few clicks to find. Please bear in mind the following during your visit:

No login is required to shop with us. Simply add desired items to the shopping basket (this requires "session cookies" to be enabled on your browser). The shopping cart system uses a secure server for your protection.
P&P Charges are liable to change imminently due to the recent increase in prices from the Royal Mail. The "Shopping Basket" will always show the current rate. Post and Packing charges are (for delivery to the UK mainland): Orders under £20.00 we add £3.00 P&P. Between £20.01 and £100 we add £4.95 P&P. Orders of £100 or over are P&P free. Under normal circumstances only one delivery charge will be made per order. A signature may be required on delivery.
We may refuse to send orders to an address other than your credit/debit card address. Normaly a second or subsequent order, placed not less than six weeks after a first order, can be sent to an alternative address.
Most (if not all!) items on the site are in stock at our premises. You will only be charged for items as and when they are available to be sent.
If a size and colour combination is not able to be selected then it is probably not in stock. Please email us for future availability.
If we do not feature something you desire we will be happy to quote a price and likely delivey date (payment or deposit may be required once availability has been confirmed).
